De Lossy
Founded in 1862 to be one of the greatest Champagne houses and being dormant for 100 years, this sleeping beauty awakes.
De Lossy Champagne is a house shaped by history, craftsmanship, and a quiet sense of purpose. Founded in 1862 in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne, it has roots deeply tied to the Champagne region, where tradition and terroir guide every decision.
In the late 1800s, De Lossy Champagne was already reaching far beyond France, exported to markets around the world and recognized for its quality. At the time, it built a reputation as one of the finest champagnes available, appreciated for its balance and character. However, after its early success, the house fell quiet and has not released a vintage since the 1920s.
Today, the house has been carefully brought back to life, with a clear focus on quality over volume. De Lossy chooses to work with selected grapes and precise blends, allowing each cuvée to express balance, freshness, and character.
